This HQ32 series rubber belt shot blasting  machine make use of the high-speed rotating  impeller, which throws steel shots to the continuous rolling work pieces, in order to clear  the work  pieces,  small size  forgings and castings,as well as stampings, gears and spring are descaled, derusted ,  deburred  and  intensified in the shot  blasting system, especially suitable  for parts  subject to collision. 

Application

I.   This shot blasting machine can clean up the casting, forging and welding parts, removing the sand  on the surface of the work piece and scale.

II.  The machine can also be used to clean up easily smashed small parts and casting whose core is    not deep.

III.  The machine can also be used to clean up the cast aluminum or some non-ferrous metal  work pieces.
